THE BRIDGE - LEADERSHIP
The Bridge leadership structure engages strong individuals in three distinct areas of ministry oversight. From Staff to Operators to Overseers. Some of our leaders serve in central ministry roles that support all campuses, while others are designated to specific campus communities. We activate our leaders to take their areas of ministry to the next level with guidance and spiritual accountability along the way. Beyond this formal structure, we also invest in developing future leaders through Internship and Ministry Residency opportunities that provide intentional mentorship and hands-on ministry experience.STAFF
Our staff lead the day-to-day execution of each ministry area at The Bridge. They provide vision and direction, equip volunteers, and ensure every ministry and event operates with excellence.OPERATORS
Each key ministry is supported by an appointed Operator; a trusted volunteer leader who partners closely with ministry staff. Operators provide guidance, prayerful support, and spiritual leadership within their assigned ministry area.OVERSEERS
Our Overseers are powerful, spirit-filled leaders who are called to serve as spiritual council over this congregation. They also provide accountability and leadership to Pastoral and Ministry staff.INTERN / RESIDENCY
