Registration
In order to use the The Bridge app, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give certain information. This information is used for your organization and The Bridge to provide the The Bridge Service. At your option, you may also provide demographic information (such as gender or age) about yourself, which may be required by your organization.

Payments
Your organization may use The Bridge to collect dues and fees. The Bridge will never charge a user without their direct consent, unless it is authorized (e.g. a subscription). To make a payment, you may be required to provide contact information (like your billing address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date, or bank account numbers). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders exclusively. The Bridge will never see any sensitive data (like credit card numbers), as those are sent directly to our payment processor Stripe. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use your information to contact you.

Sharing
For our public website only, share aggregated demographic information with Google Analytics. For our app, we use Planning Center. For payments, we use Stripe. Please refer to those policies for information on how they handle your data.

We take incredible precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the portal, your information is protected both online and offline.
Wherever we collect sensitive financial information (such as credit card numbers), that information is encrypted and transmitted directly to payment processor in a secure way. We never see sensitive financial information. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon in the URL of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (e.g. billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers on which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment and are inaccessible to the outside world.
